One connection opens the full Reliance network. Participation does require two agreements, which we complete with you before any data is exchanged: a Participation and Data Sharing Agreement and a Business Associate Agreement (BAA). We guide you through both.

With agreements in place, we execute on the scope and connect your systems. From there we keep working together to grow your reach across the services and data that support your patient-care goals.
